WHEN THE VEIL BETWEEN WORLDS THINS

It could be that we perceive only what we can comprehend. That we abide in a Dimension of Comprehension. But in certain places we visit and at certain times of year, the veils between dimensions lift, and we are able to see more than we might usually be able to comprehend.

Fear is an important emotion – imperative, even life-saving, to acknowledge. However, because most of us abide in veiled perception, our relationship to fear is skewed. We fear anything we cannot identify or explain, making fear a constant background noise and therefore rendering it useless. Upon experiencing the unexplainable, we may seek to search for a way back to the comfort of our Dimension of Comprehension through logic, reason, or labeling and compartmentalizing what we have witnessed.

But it could be worth it to accept mystery. By doing so we can accept what is unknown within ourselves and others.

If we can accept mystery, we find we meet more friends than “strangers” on our paths. Our dreams speak clearly to us in our soul’s language, and we know the meanings. We find we can navigate just about anywhere based on where our instinct carries us because we are a child of the earth and sky. Always looked after, cared for, and guided.

You will notice you are in a thin place or times when you feel a sudden sense of expansion, synchronicity, and sensitivity. The light shifts to meet chills of truth on your arm. You feel activated. Your eyes may dampen with a sense of recognition and wholeness. In these places and times you can cast your wishes of health and happiness into the great unknown. You can light a candle for anyone who you are remembering, even if who you are remembering is a part of yourself, so the light may guide.

In these thin times and places, memory becomes a funny thing. We can walk along a street in when we consider now and somehow remember walking there three hundred years forward or back. We remember ancestors and loved ones whom we haven’t thought of in a while.

In thin places and times our senses can open. Auras around living beings become clearer. We may see multidimensional beings, hear their songs, smell their cooking, and feel their presence. They can guide us, trick us, or ignore us completely.

If you find in thin places and times you are meeting with more bothering than benevolent beings and spirits, it could feel nice to either move on or cast a circle around yourself. Calling in wind in the east, fire in the south, water in the west, and earth in the north, any of your healed ancestors, angels or guides, and the great mystery of love. By doing so you evoke nature and remember who you are and where you belong. Menacing energies distract you. The counterbalance is to be focused and aware.

Surround yourself with the medicine of simplicity so what is beautiful in this world may illuminate around and within you. Give yourself permission to abide in a Dimension of Replension. This way when the veils shift, you find yourself strong, yet so flexible you are unbreakable.
