When you book a Medicine Reading, you will feel a slight shift in energy as the healing has now begun. It is great to prepare intentions. Distance Energy Healing is transmitted during the entire meeting, which can cause chills, tears, coughing, and/or laughter.
You may experience a sense of alignment as you transform the dissonance of superfluous burdens into the resonance of divine love.
Some healing crises can occur after the Medicine Reading such as a rash, slight cold, or headache. To help with any discomforts or to simply enjoy, check out Deborah’s book Ritual Baths: Be Your Own Healer for ideas, or ask her to recommend you one during your Medicine Reading.

Deborah has great respect for her clients’ unique wisdom and requests you run everything she suggests through your own processing system, throw out what doesn’t feel true, and integrate what does. It is best to heed your inner voice.
